Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, copywriting, content creation, or creative strategy.
• Strong copywriting skills for persuasive ads.
• Experience creating advertising concepts and marketing strategies.
• Ability to research competitors and translate findings into insights.
• Balance of creative thinking and analytics, with testing mindset.
• Understanding of Meta advertising ecosystem and paid social campaigns.
• Experience in international markets, especially US or Europe.
• Health, wellness, lifestyle, or self-improvement domain experience is essential.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative advertising concepts for paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Research competitors and market trends in health, wellness, lifestyle sectors.
• Create concepts for video and image ads including UGC formats and storytelling.
• Write hooks, headlines, and ad copy tailored to audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teammates to realize concepts.
• Plan and coordinate creative testing to evaluate concepts and messaging.
• Analyze creative performance and recommend data-informed improvements.
• Develop new ideas for product positioning for different markets.
