Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Traffic Manager (Freelance) based in Spain for a fully remote role focused on driving and optimizing paid media for the UK market. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and Native networks, with emphasis on CPL, lead quality, and ROI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media management across Search, Social and Native channels.
• Strong experience with UK market campaigns and B2B environments is desirable.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset connected to business outcomes.
• Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and Native platforms.
• Own KPIs including CPL, lead volume, lead quality, and ROI.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
• Apply advanced optimization techniques for structure, bidding, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with international Account Management, Data, CRO, and UX teams.
• Proactively propose new strategies, tests, and optimizations.
• Prepare clear KPI reports with insights and next steps.
• Maintain focus on measurable business outcomes and lead generation.
