Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Spain to drive paid media acquisition for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will manage budgets, run cross-channel campaigns, and develop testing strategies to improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

The role offers remote work and exposure to high-growth brands, with mentorship and structured onboarding. You will collaborate with growth, creative, and CRO teams, translating data into strategic recommendations for founders and executives.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Strong practical expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience managing and scaling significant paid advertising budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive profitable growth.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across channels and audiences.
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
