Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Marketing Director, PR & Events based in Spain to shape the external voice and market presence of a fast-growing global travel technology business. You will lead brand strategy, PR, communications, events, and digital storytelling to accelerate commercial growth across travel, fintech, hospitality and AI.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, PR, communications or events.
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that increase visibility and support business growth.
• Strong storytelling skills translating complex tech products into engaging narratives.
• Experience leading PR strategies and media relations, including partnership announcements.
• Confident representing the organization externally and collaborating with senior executives.
• Experience delivering industry events, launches, sponsorships with measurable outcomes.
• Strong design sense and ability to direct creative work while producing marketing assets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and modern marketing technologies to accelerate content creation.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and results-driven with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Nice to have travel/hospitality industry network and hotel tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy, messaging, narrative and visual identity across channels.
• Lead PR strategy, media relations, partnerships and executive messaging.
• Develop and manage events strategy and execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define editorial strategy for content across LinkedIn, website and other channels.
• Translate product developments and partnerships into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Growth to tie campaigns to business goals.
• Coordinate external agencies and partners to expand marketing capabilities.
• Drive digital brand experience and landing page creation with AI-assisted processes.
