Job summary

Hungry Minds is seeking a Freelance Marketing Project Manager for the Spanish market. This fully remote, part-time role works directly with the Country Manager to grow Spain by managing creator partnerships, Spanish-language content, and coordination with a local ad agency.

You will source Spanish creators, brief and track deliverables, localise content for a Spanish audience, and report weekly on spend and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing or influencer work
• Native Spanish copywriting and localisation (not translation)
• Influencer sourcing, negotiation and relationship management
• UGC production coordination
• Agency briefing and management
• Comfortable with ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics
• Autonomous and resourceful; able to work from a short brief
• Native Spanish and fluent English; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own Spanish market creator partnerships and content strategy
• Source Spanish creators and manage briefs; track deliverables
• Coordinate UGC and Spanish social assets for campaigns
• Liaise with Spanish ad agency; manage deadlines and feedback
• Coordinate paid campaigns with media team; optimize by performance
• Localise content for the Spanish audience; report weekly on spend and performance
