Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical roles with self-direction and organizational excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Solid problem-solving ability under pressure and ability to evaluate complex architectures for security improvements.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Native fluency in German and business-level English.

Aufgaben

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate CrowdStrike's technical message when required.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run POVs with approved success criteria showing benefits of the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management as liaison for key accounts and their technical requirements.
• Learn and test cyber security attack techniques against CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Provide informal training to the corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and messaging.
• Serve as primary contact for customer feedback and issues needing Support.
