Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demos.
• Articulate the technical message where required.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover pain and requirements.
• Run POV with success criteria demonstrating value.
• Liaise with Product Management for key accounts' tech needs.
• Learn and test cyber security techniques against Falcon.
• Provide informal training to Corporate team on CrowdStrike tech.
• Be the primary contact for customer issues with Support.
