Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on German-speaking customers with remote delivery. You will work across sales and pre-sales to articulate value and deliver deep technical expertise for end-to-end customer success.

You’ll own technical champion development, run product demos, and collaborate with product management to shape solutions, while continuously upskilling on the latest cybersecurity trends and CrowdStrike Falcon capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles with self-direction and organizational excellence.
• Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
• Strong technical acumen to evaluate architectures and identify security vulnerabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• German and English fluency (native German, business-level English).

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Ask open discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run POVs with approved success criteria demonstrating benefits of the platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management as liaison for key accounts.
• Learnt and tested cyber security attack techniques on CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Provide informal training to corporate team on CrowdStrike technology.
• Serve as primary contact for customer feedback and issue resolution with Support.
