SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to thrive in a multicultural, multilingual setting. The role is remote and focuses on building strong customer relationships, resolving issues with high-quality solutions, and meeting KPIs across multiple channels.

You will work with diverse clients and adapt to evolving tools while maintaining data protection standards and providing empathetic, professional communication.

Formación

• German language at least B1 and English at least C1, both written and spoken.
• 6–12 months of experience in customer support.
• Strong data protection awareness.
• Good analytical thinking, research and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with routine navigation of Google Workspace or Microsoft-based environments.
• Fast and accurate typing with multi-platform use.
• Structured, empathetic and clear dialogue across channels.
