Talent-R in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Basque Country, Spain is seeking a Business Development & Tech Talent Acquisition consultant. You will design and execute your commercial strategy to build a portfolio of clients and manage end-to-end recruitment.

Fluent in Spanish and English, you thrive in startup environments, enjoy creating opportunities, and take ownership of growth. The role offers a hybrid model (up to 50% remote) and a competitive 29–35k EUR gross annual salary with an uncapped bonus plan.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute your commercial strategy to build and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships.
• Advise clients by understanding their challenges, needs and culture to become a true business partner.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from talent mapping and sourcing to interviews and offers.
