Coverflex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our hiring across Go-To-Market and other teams in a fast-growing scale-up. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers and close in a remote environment. The role is permanent and remote (Portugal or Spain).

English is required, another European language is a plus. Base salary is €30,000–€42,000 with equity; you will work with Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter and common collaboration

Formación

• Own recruitment across multiple areas, especially GTM, in a scale-up.
• Manage intake, sourcing, interviews, offers and closing end-to-end.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to refine briefs and calibrate profiles.
• Use data and funnel metrics to improve hiring processes.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and improve time-to-fill metrics.
