Talent-R in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Basque Country, Spain is seeking a Business Development & Tech Talent Acquisition consultant. You will design and execute your commercial strategy to build a portfolio of clients and manage end-to-end recruitment.

Fluent in Spanish and English, you thrive in startup environments, enjoy creating opportunities, and take ownership of growth. The role offers a hybrid model (up to 50% remote) and a competitive 29–35k EUR gross annual salary with an uncapped bonus plan.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Spanish + English (french is a big plus)

Entrepreneurial, business-driven and ambitious mindset. You enjoy creating your own opportunities.

Strong resilience, proactivity, and ownership in facing challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , able to influence and build trust quickly.

Ideally some experience as a business developer, recruitment consultant or in a startup/scaleup (but if not, we’ll train you!).

A structured, methodical and organized approach , with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

A positive, curious, open-minded person ready to be part of one of the best teams in Barcelona .

What You’ll Be Doing

• As a Business Development & Tech Talent Acquisition Consultant , you will have full ownership of your business unit : Design and execute your commercial strategy to build and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships.
• Advise your clients by understanding their challenges, needs and culture to become a true business partner.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes , from talent mapping and sourcing strategies to interviews and offer management.
• Source talent creatively , through CV screening, events, communities and new ideas — being bold and different!
• Organize and manage candidate/client meetings to ensure smooth processes and solid relationships.
• Build long‑term trust with clients and candidates , becoming a key influencer in their growth and success.
• Manage the financial performance of your business unit , defining your own growth strategy and goals.
