Talent-R, a Barcelona-based startup focused on Digital & Tech Recruitment, seeks a talented English/Spanish speaker to join as a Business Development & Tech Talent Acquisition Consultant. You will own your business unit, designing and executing commercial strategy, building client portfolios and leading end-to-end recruitment processes.

Formación

• Fluent in French + English (Spanish is a big plus).
• Entrepreneurial, business-driven and ambitious mindset. You enjoy creating your own opportunities.
• Strong resilience, proactivity, and ownership in facing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and build trust quickly.
• Ideally some experience as a business developer, recruitment consultant or in a startup/scaleup (but if not, we’ll train you!).
• A structured, methodical and organized approach, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A positive, curious, open-minded person ready to be part of one of the best teams in Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute your commercial strategy to build and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships.
• Advise your clients by understanding their challenges, needs and culture to become a true business partner.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent mapping and sourcing strategies to interviews and offer management.
• Source talent creatively through CV screening, events, communities and new ideas.
• Organize and manage candidate/client meetings to ensure smooth processes and solid relationships.
• Build long-term trust with clients and candidates, becoming a key influencer in their growth and success.
• Manage the financial performance of your business unit, defining your own growth strategy and goals.
