Formación

Responsabilidades

• Answer all incoming phone calls, provide technical information, and process orders.
• Resolve customer issues and serve as liaison between customer and departments.
• Control stock and back-orders, process returns, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Set up new accounts and maintain accurate data records.
