Job summary

Remote seeks an EOR Compliance & Audit Lead to run the audit execution layer across onboarding, mobility, lifecycle, and benefits. You will coordinate with payroll operations and serve as a peer SME to Legal and International Operations, resolving domain-level questions and guiding risk tiering decisions.

You will design AI-assisted audit workflows, produce domain-level findings, and drive remediation to closure across multiple countries in parallel, reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Experience in EOR operations across multiple domains (onboarding, lifecycle, mobility, benefits, payroll).
• Designing or maintaining controls, checklists or audit frameworks with risk classification.
• Ability to act as a peer SME to Legal and IO on regulatory discussions.
• Experience validating AI-assisted outputs and building feedback loops for accuracy.
• Ability to turn audit findings into structured reports with remediation steps.
• Proven track record delivering remediation and escalation when needed.
• Ability to train and influence domain stakeholders during audits.
• Comfort working across multiple countries and domains in parallel.
• Strong root-cause analysis mindset and pattern recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own the control library for your country portfolio; classify by risk tier and incorporate input from Legal and IO.
• Lead audit execution across all EOR domains; apply ratings and confirm pass/fail for assigned countries.
• Collaborate with Legal and IO on risk tiering, regulatory assessments, and audit responses.
• Develop AI audit workflows; design rule mappings and evidence standards; maintain feedback loop.
• Produce domain-level findings reports with error rates, root causes, risk tiers, and remediation recommendations.
• Drive remediation: define done criteria, validate fixes, and escalate repeat failures.
• Deliver compliance guidance to Ops DRIs; train domain leads on expectations and evidence standards.
• Identify systemic gaps requiring SOP updates, tooling changes, automation, or escalation.
