Job summary

RemotePass is hiring an EOR Partnerships Specialist to own partner performance and quality across a global network. You’ll drive SLA adherence, scorecard reviews, and issue resolution for clients and employees, while collaborating with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

You’ll help build scalable partner management processes, playbooks, and dashboards, with a clear path to leading a dedicated partnerships team as the function grows.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in vendor or partner management, account management, or operations.
• Understanding of how EOR models and in‑country partners operate.
• Track record of managing external partners against SLAs and driving performance improvement.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, plus experience with project management tools.
• Highly organized, able to manage many partners and countries at once in a remote setup.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of EOR partners and be the main contact across regions.
• Hold partners to SLAs, track KPIs, and drive improvement plans; replace partners when needed.
• Own escalations end to end from logging to resolution.
• Oversee contracts and pricing negotiations with benchmarks and data.
• Build the function with playbooks, trackers, and reporting for partnership management.
• Share knowledge by contributing to country guides, partner FAQs, and process docs.
