Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to manage HR services for Europe and EOR arrangements, coordinating employee lifecycle activities, payroll inputs, immigration, and compliance in alignment with corporate standards.

The role requires handling complex employee relations, documentation, and collaboration across global teams to ensure accurate HR records and timely processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in international HR management supporting European jurisdictions.
• Experience with European labor laws and cross-border employment complexities.
• Experience managing EOR relationships and international compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European and international populations.
• Support onboarding, changes, leave coordination, and offboarding with accurate documentation.
• Assist payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation using templates.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
