Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to support European employees and international EOR arrangements. The role manages payroll, benefits, immigration, HRIS data, and compliance while partnering with global teams.

The candidate will coordinate documentation, contracts, and HR processes across countries, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to GDPR and local laws. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience.
• 2+ years international HR management experience.
• Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate European HR operations and EOR/contingent worker processes.
• Respond to routine inquiries; escalate complex/high-risk matters.
• Support onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding with documentation updates.
