Job summary

Action1 is seeking a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for Executive Reporting. You will combine leadership with hands-on expertise to deliver reliable reports and dashboards on patching and vulnerability trends.

You will guide architecture, data aggregation, and reporting metrics, ensuring data freshness and quality while coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role is fully remote in Spain with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineers and owning delivery/operations of production systems.
• Strong fundamentals and ability to contribute to technical problem-solving.
• Experience with reporting platforms, analytics services, or data-intensive apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers with technical direction and mentoring.
• Own delivery outcomes within scope with practical estimates and capacity trade-offs.
• Define priorities with Product Management and EVP for executive reporting capabilities.
