Grafana Labs is seeking an Engineering Manager for Application Security in the EMEA region (Remote, Spain). You will lead security engineering across applications, cloud, and internal tooling, shaping security strategy and ensuring secure software delivery.

• Prior experience running a security engineering team.
• Strong engineering background with ability to engage in technical conversations.
• Comfort working with autonomous engineering teams.
• Up-to-date with latest technical trends to understand team challenges.
• Approach security with enablement, automation, and guardrails.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the application security team across AS, cloud security, and internal tooling.
• Manage 1st and 3rd party vulnerability processes and coordinated disclosure.
• Define and implement engineering strategy with security leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and feedback to keep the team motivated.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
• Be involved in major incidents: preparation, response, and customer communications.
• Review design documents and help break projects into tasks.
