Primion Technology is seeking an Engineering Team Lead (m/f/d) to guide a small software/firmware team from anywhere in Spain on a 100% remote basis. You will champion agile practices, drive incident management, and continuously improve engineering processes while coordinating with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/EE or related field.
• Several years of software/firmware development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile or SAFe principles.
• Strong knowledge of testing, CI/CD, and quality assurance practices.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with RCA.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software and firmware developers.
• Ensure timely and reliable delivery of high-quality software and firmware releases.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and daily execution.
• Ensure testing coverage, validation, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Act as the Team Coach within the SAFe framework and drive agile ceremonies.
• Communicate progress and risks to customers and stakeholders.
