SPD Technology is seeking an Engineering Manager for its DataTech teams. You will own delivery, drive velocity and ensure high-quality software across data ingestion and processing platforms.

You will lead engineers and SDE Leads, grow talent, and improve planning, execution, and predictability while collaborating with Product, Data, and Architecture teams. Fully remote role with international collaboration.

Formación

• Proven engineering leadership experience managing multiple software/data teams.
• Strong delivery planning, prioritization and execution capabilities.
• Ability to use delivery data and visualization to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery and engineering outcomes for DataTech teams.
• Ensure strong SDLC execution and technical quality.
• Plan and manage capacity and allocate personnel to priorities.
• Lead and grow engineers and SDE Leads through coaching and development.
• Strengthen ways of working and cross-team collaboration.
