DATAPAO is seeking an Engineering Manager (Data) to join our team remotely from Spain. You will lead a data engineering team of 5-6 consultants, overseeing project delivery, mentoring, and hands-on contribution to data engineering, ML/ML Ops, and cloud migration projects for our EMEA customers.

You will split your time between leadership and hands-on project execution, helping grow the team from ~40 to ~65 over the next 12-18 months while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
