Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a reliable Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to support a renovation business by handling incoming calls and messages during opening hours. You will be the first contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are recorded accurately, owned end-to-end, and directed to the right person.

The role requires CRM usage and a calm, organized approach. Ideal candidates have customer service or call center experience and can manage conversations professionally while escalating

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, a call center, or a customer-facing support role.
• Fluent in Dutch with clear, professional communication.
• Calm, friendly, and confident on the phone.
• Strong listening skills and note-taking while managing conversations.
• Experience with GoHighLevel is a significant plus.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive with ownership of inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages during opening hours.
• Take clear notes in GoHighLevel and explain next steps.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate team member (sales, project coordinator, owner).
• Book calls directly into calendars instead of forwarding messages.
• Escalate urgent issues on active renovation projects.
• Follow written procedures and maintain timely follow-up with customers.
• Keep internal team informed to ensure timely updates.
