Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join a remote customer support team. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assisting with orders, product details, invoicing, and complaints. Training is provided, plus relocation support and clear career paths.

Work model is remote from Greece with rotating shifts; you'll have opportunities to grow into mentor, trainer, or QA specialist roles, supported by performance bonuses and loyalty incentives.

Qualifications

• C1 Dutch language proficiency
• English level at B2 used for training
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints
• Work with internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions
• Take on escalated cases and convert them into satisfied customers
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or QA specialist
