Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join a remote team. You will be the first contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, handling orders, product details, invoicing, and complaints while using multiple tools to deliver fast, accurate solutions.

English at B2 level is used for training, and you can grow into mentor, trainer, or QA roles. A relocation package supports moving and securing long-term housing, with paid training from day one.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch required.
• English at B2 level for training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customers and partners via phone, chat and email.
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing and complaints.
• Work with internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions.
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers.
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or QA specialist.
