Strada Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Customer Care Associate who speaks Dutch to support clients across HR services. You will handle tickets, calls, and inquiries with focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong Dutch communication, good English, and adherence to SLAs in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll contribute to sensitive data handling and keep stakeholders informed.

Formación

• Excellent Dutch written and verbal skills with good English proficiency.
• Ability to adhere to customer SLAs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on HR queries, ensuring accurate understanding of country-specific regulations.
• Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and maintain high quality.
• Follow DWIs, log issues, and escalate deviations to the Service Manager.
