Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C1) required.
• English at B2 level used for training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints.
• Use internal tools to find fast, accurate solutions.
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers.
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or QA specialist.
