You will communicate via phone, email and chat, assist with account setup, and help resolve basic technical issues. The role requires fluent Dutch, good English for internal communication, and strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades
