Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Marketing Coordinator based in Spain to turn marketing strategies into tangible results within a fast-paced D2C ecommerce environment. You will coordinate influencer partnerships, support retention efforts and drive cross-channel execution with senior leadership.

You will manage creator platform operations, track progress, and ensure campaigns move from planning to completion while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in D2C or ecommerce marketing.
• Execution-oriented mindset with proactive task management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Ability to participate confidently in calls with senior decision-makers and translate instructions into actions.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with creator outreach, influencer partnerships, or related campaigns is beneficial.
• Proficiency with ecommerce/marketing tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and creator platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creator and influencer outreach with customers, advocates, and creators with large audiences.
• Oversee day-to-day Tribe creator platform operations: submissions, briefs, expectations, follow-ups.
• Turn senior management priorities into actionable tasks and track progress from concept to completion.
• Support retention marketing by following up with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet campaign deliverables.
• Coordinate marketing projects: organize tasks, manage timelines, ensure assets reach relevant people.
• Maintain accountability by tracking progress, flag bottlenecks, and ensure commitments are met.
• Collaborate with senior leadership; translate strategic decisions into practical actions.
• Improve day-to-day workflows by simplifying coordination and follow-up processes.
