Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill an Operations Manager for an ambitious DTC ecommerce business based in Spain. You will scale operations across supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service, working closely with founders to implement scalable systems and processes.

This remote role emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance metrics, and ownership of critical operational outcomes. You will lead multiple functions, optimize workflows, manage suppliers and 3PLs, and drive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations/General Management or similar leadership role in a growing business.
• Direct, in-house experience operating a physical-product DTC or ecommerce brand is essential.
• Experience managing multiple business functions, not just one area.
• Hands-on experience in supply chain, inventory planning, purchasing, logistics and 3PL operations.
• Ability to develop, document, and implement SOPs, workflows, scalable processes.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, managing, and developing teams with accountability.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for multitasking across priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with founders, internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and decisiveness.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment where processes evolve.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the business, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Design and implement SOPs and scalable systems to improve consistency and accountability.
• Coordinate supply chain activities including purchasing and logistics with 3PL partners.
• Oversee inventory levels, warehousing, shipping, and order fulfillment for reliability and cost efficiency.
• Support and coordinate customer service operations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of the ops team with clear accountability.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution with minimal founder involvement.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility on performance and issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
