The position emphasizes multilingual communication (German and English with Spanish/French/Italian/Dutch as plus) and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, including night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls

• Verify customer information and provide related assistance
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements
