Job summary

MeetingPackage is seeking a Customer Success Manager fluent in Spanish and English to join our growing team in Spain. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of hotel and venue customers, guiding them from onboarding to value and ensuring renewal and expansion.

You'll design success plans, run data-driven reviews, spot risks early, and collaborate with product and marketing. Remote work across Spain is supported, with a culture of transparency, ownership, and teamwork.

Qualifications

+2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or similar roles, ideally in hotel/ hospitality tech.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Ability to build rapport, manage multiple accounts, and drive retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of hotel and venue customers end to end as their strategic partner.
Help customers hit their meetings & events goals with MeetingPackage.
Spot signals before they become problems by monitoring usage and adoption.
Grow accounts by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities and building proposals.
Run data-driven business reviews with champions and decision-makers to discuss ROI and roadmap.
