Job summary

Smartness is seeking a Revenue Manager in Spain to help hotels maximize revenue through our RMS SaaS platform. You will act as a strategic consultant, guiding clients on pricing, distribution, and platform adoption to drive measurable growth.

You will work with Italian, English and German-speaking clients, analyze data, forecast performance, and collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into actions.
• Proven hotel revenue management experience with pricing knowledge.
• Experience in hotel consultancy and SaaS adoption.

Responsibilities

• Customer Consulting & Support: Engage daily with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored advice to optimize revenue through Smartness.
• Revenue Optimization: Analyze performance data and market trends, recommending pricing and distribution strategies that maximize returns.
• Platform Adoption: Provide training and onboarding guidance with the onboarding team for the Ultra segment.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Manage KPIs and reports, identify improvement areas and propose innovative solutions.
