Job summary
Hubtype is hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey across strategic accounts. You will translate customers' technical and business needs into clear requirements for engineering, orchestrate delivery across teams, and drive adoption and renewal.
Based in Spain with a valid work permit, you will work in a fully remote environment while collaborating with our Barcelona office as desired.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting or Project Management in a SaaS / tech environment
- Based in Spain with valid working permit/visa
- Strong analytical mindset; able to gather, structure and document technical and functional requirements, identify gaps and break complex problems into clear deliverables
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer journey from kickoff to renewal
- Lead project delivery coordinating internal and client teams
- Run discovery sessions to understand goals and technical context
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements for engineering
- Bridge between customer and Hubtype’s engineering, product and solutions teams
- Analyze data to identify blockers and surface opportunities
- Drive adoption, monitor account health and identify upsell opportunities
- Run QBRs, executive reviews, trainings and workshops
- Use AI tools to draft, research, summarize, analyze and automate
- Capture feedback to inform the product roadmap
