Lucanet is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads. You will engage with stakeholders up to the C-level, nurture relationships, and pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives for closure.

The role offers remote work within Spain and hybrid office options. You should be a people person, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with strong German and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or fast-paced work experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, persuasiveness and reliability.
• Ability to work toward targets and handle high-velocity sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and social selling; qualify inbound leads.
• Build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to identify needs and potential fit.
• Pass qualified leads to Account Executives and arrange meetings and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
• Work remotely in Spain or hybrid with office options.
