Job summary

Webfleet, Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, seeks a Business Developer to grow the DACH market from Barcelona. You will generate leads, nurture opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and account managers to close new business. Fluency in German and English, plus 1 year of prospecting experience, are required.

The role offers hybrid work (onsite in Barcelona with WFH up to 3 days) and a dynamic international team environment with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience where prospecting was a key activity.
• Ability to initiate professional B2B engagement over the phone.
• Autonomous, motivated, tenacious and persuasive.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Hunt prospects using research, outbound emails and calling to build a healthy pipeline.
• Maintain engagement with new and existing leads through follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing on outreach campaigns and events to drive awareness.
• Work with Account Managers to develop strategies for acquiring new customers.
• Use LinkedIn & social selling to promote Bridgestone Mobility Solutions and generate interest.
• Log all data in Salesforce and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
