Job summary

Jobgether partners with a financial-services company to recruit an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations based in Spain. The role focuses on monitoring banking applications, incident management, and automation to enhance reliability and security.

You will investigate recurring incidents, reproduce errors, coordinate with developers and vendors, and maintain documentation. The position offers remote work and a fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or operations in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of incident/problem management and ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting banking apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring IT incidents and implement corrective measures to improve reliability.
• Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot application errors with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor banking applications and systems; pursue automation and improvements.
• Configure and administer banking apps and user roles per requirements.
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support and assist major incident management.
• Process user access requests following security policies.
• Document investigations, changes, and resolutions; update knowledge base.
• Support continuous service improvement across operations and delivery.
