Job summary

UST España & Latam seeks a Second-Line IT Service Support Specialist / Account Opening Application Support Specialist to join a Swiss banking client project. The role is focused on troubleshooting, configuration, and data integrity within Document Management applications, with hybrid work in Madrid (3 days office, 2 WFH).

Requires 3–5 years in second-line IT support, Linux/Oracle expertise, ITIL familiarity, and English proficiency (B2+/C1).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of second-line IT support experience, private banking/wealth mgmt preferred.
• Proficiency in Linux and Oracle databases, plus enterprise software apps.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.
• English at B2+/C1 level with fluent business proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line technical support for Document Management applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, remote or on-site, escalate bugs to development as needed.
• Configure/test accounts, products, and services ensuring business alignment.
• Verify data integrity and regulatory compliance within Diamond applications.
• Assist users with queries and training on new features.
• Identify improvements to account-opening processes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with development for feature updates and bug fixes.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and recovery guides for common scenarios.
• Suggest enhancements to increase resilience and MTTR reduction.
