Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Finance & Accounting Expert based in Spain. This remote, independent contractor role designs complex FP&A tasks, financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliations, with clear instructions and practical evaluation criteria.

You will develop multi-step scenarios, prepare supporting materials, and review tasks for clarity and gradability, delivering on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or closely related field.
• Experience developing or applying structured review standards (audits, checklists, rubrics).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze information across multiple documents.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong written English and ability to produce precise instructions.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi-step finance tasks based on practical workflows (FP&A, reporting, audits, reconciliations).
• Develop clear task instructions and grading rubrics for reliable evaluation.
• Create challenging scenarios requiring professional judgment and interpretation of source materials.
• Prepare or source relevant supporting materials (spreadsheets, GL extracts, financial statements).
• Review tasks for clarity and gradability, flag ambiguities.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule with quality and consistency.
