UST in Madrid is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to own Level 3 support for the Client Lifecycle Management system. You will focus on maintaining, optimizing the solution, handling incidents and problems, and ensuring high availability in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with application users, IT Service Owners, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations while working in a Hybrid Madrid model (3 days in office, 2 remote).

Formación

• Proven experience in Level 3 application support within an agile organization.
• Strong understanding of database development concepts (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) for troubleshooting.
• Banking knowledge in CRM, account opening, and compliance is must.
• Basic Java knowledge for application-level analysis; solid Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience in Release and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with operating standard software and parameterization.

Responsabilidades

• Be the Level 3 application support expert, maintain and optimize the solution.
• Manage incidents and problems and ensure operational readiness.
• Work in an agile organization, supporting multi-tier applications and conducting root cause analysis.
