Job summary

Azelis Spain is seeking a Sales Manager B2B for the CASE department, preferably based in Barcelona. You will develop business in the Iberia CASE market, manage key accounts, and promote our portfolio of coatings, adhesives, and related chemicals.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers, coordinate with sales and customer service, and drive growth in a competitive landscape while maintaining a strong commercial focus.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant B2B sales experience in specialty chemicals.
• Technical background in coatings, adhesives, and chemical industries.
• Excellent English for negotiating with foreign suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by creating new opportunities in the Iberia CASE market.
• Promote through the customer portal and other sales media.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen to achieve sales in a competitive market.
• Identify new markets and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the rest of the sales team and customer service.
• Deliver first-class service to customers.
• Coordinate supply chain and help maintain margin control.
