Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, or tourism.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Currently residing in Spain with knowledge of the local hospitality market and business culture.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Spain and operate on a 12-month contractual engagement.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business with Spanish resorts, hotels, and hospitality groups.
• Build relationships with General Managers, Commercial Directors, and leisure/operations decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through presentations, demonstrations, negotiation, and closure.
• Identify pilot properties and develop strategic hospitality partnerships.
• Position the offering around guest experience, ancillary revenue, and differentiation.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence.
