Job summary

Simplify Recruiting is hiring a Business Development Manager for Spain to expand its premium leisure offering. The role focuses on forming partnerships with resorts, hotels and hospitality groups to boost guest experiences and revenue in Spain.

Based in Spain with remote and field-based work, you will travel regularly, identify pilot properties, and build a network of decision-makers across the hospitality sector. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality or tourism.
• Strong ability to originate, develop and close new B2B business.
• Proven network with decision-makers in the Spanish hospitality market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with Spanish resorts, hotels and hospitality groups.
• Build relationships with General Managers, Commercial Directors and decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through presentations, negotiations and closure.
• Identify pilot properties and develop partnerships within Spain.
• Travel across Spain for customer meetings and market development.
