CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner in Remote Operations to manage the fast-growing partner ecosystem and support Alliances leadership. You will optimize Salesforce data, ensure program integrity, and drive scalable, repeatable partner processes across global teams.

You will collaborate with Partnerships Leaders to shape channel strategy, improve onboarding, and monitor KPIs to align with business goals. This role emphasizes data, automation, and cross-functional impact.

Formación

• Proven track record in partnership development or sales within technology platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on scalable agreements.
• Experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems, with B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends and partner landscapes.

Responsabilidades

• Partnership strategy development with data-led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Enable the wider Alliances/Partner team for seamless execution of partner processes.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks to support Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams.
• Prepare metrics and KPIs for regular management reviews.
• Oversee partner onboarding and compliance; assist with complex contracts.
• Ensure correct partner attribution and regional deal support.
• Advise on process enhancements and liaise with IT, capability and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and the Annual Operating Planning process.
• Maintain alignment and territories for Alliance teams.
• Deliver enablement sessions for wider Alliances/Partner sales teams.
• Train shared services and onboarding of new hires.
