Lighthouse is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to own the full sales cycle with a strong hunter mindset. You will build and manage your own pipeline and be responsible for quota attainment while leveraging an AI-enabled revenue stack to maximize efficiency.

Join a global Revenue team and shape growth in the independent hotel market, working remotely from Spain. English fluency and German language skills are essential as you engage with international prospects and partners.

Formación

• 2–5 years in a closing sales role.
• SaaS sales experience required.
• Excellent English and native German language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a hunter role.
• Maintain 3x pipeline coverage and a personal quota.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities; leverage AI tools for prep and discovery.
• Collaborate with Enablement and Coaching agents to improve win rate and forecast accuracy.
