Lighthouse is seeking an Account Executive for independent hotel sales based in Barcelona, Spain. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting independent hotels and leveraging AI-driven pricing and reservation tools to drive revenue.

You will manage a robust pipeline, use MEDDPICC for qualification, and collaborate with a global revenue team. This role requires English fluency and a hunter mentality, with flexible work arrangements from home or offices worldwide.

Formación

• 2+ years closing SaaS sales experience
• Experience selling to independent hotels or hospitality is a plus
• Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline and hit quota

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline.
• Apply MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and advance deals.
• Collaborate with AI-enabled tools to accelerate discovery and closing.
• Represent Lighthouse to independent hotels and build trusted relationships.
