Lighthouse is seeking a high-impact Revenue professional to own the full sales cycle for its Hospitality AI BI platform. You will target hotel groups and chains, driving pipeline, navigating MEDDPICC, and closing deals with senior level stakeholders to maximize revenue and long-term value.

You’ll join a global Revenue team, leveraging AI-enabled tools and a modern revenue stack to support discovery, pricing, and successful outcomes across Spain and beyond.

Formación

• 2+ years of successful B2B closing experience in Hospitality Technology or SaaS.
• Hospitality industry experience is required.
• Excellent English and German language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with a 3x pipeline coverage.
• Source pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, events, and conferences.
• Qualify and advance opportunities using MEDDPICC; leverage AI-assisted tools for prep and discovery.
• Engage with Hotel GMs, CxOs, and senior managers to articulate business value and ROI.
