Job summary
Iron Mountain in Spain is seeking a driven Sales Enablement Partner to support the Southern European cluster (Iberia and France) by delivering high-impact enablement programs and training for Inside and Field Sales teams.
You will align with regional Marketing, Product Enablement and Sales Operations, translate content for Spanish and French markets, and help embed FranklinCovey and MEDDIC methodologies to accelerate regional growth.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial, or Customer Success.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and French mandatory.
- Experience supporting global enablement programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior enablement managers to run regional programs for Iberia and France.
- Support and tailor enablement initiatives for Inside and Field Sales teams.
- Embed MEDDIC and FranklinCovey tools in daily sales processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Enablement, Sales Ops and L&D on training.
- Facilitate sessions and localize content for Spanish and French markets.
