The role collaborates with local sales leadership, drives onboarding, content localization, and field readiness while maintaining global messaging and value propositions. Strong English, French, and Spanish language proficiency is required.

• Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance global consistency with local relevance.
• Proficiency in enablement tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Right to work confirmed in the specified location.

Responsibilities

• Localise global enablement programs for Continental Europe, ensuring local relevance.
• Translate global plays into actionable steps for the local market and localize materials.
• Coordinate onboarding for Continental Europe and support ramp period.
• Deliver regional enablement sessions and monitor activity.
• Maintain alignment with global value propositions while localizing messages.
• Partner with regional sales leadership and feed regional insights to global team.
• Monitor adoption and provide regional feedback to improve programs.
